	I started in real estate after serving 10 years as a UCSD staff scientist. Science was an invaluable experience but in 1998 I decided to retire from the laboratory in exchange for a different, more people-oriented kind of work. So I transferred some analytical skills and learned some new ones, and since then I've enjoyed helping home buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County.
